Tarmo Peterson in Ärileht: Business owners now have a better chance of dealing with payment difficulties
In light of amendments to the Reorganisation Act, which entered into force on 1 July, RASK partner Tarmo Peterson writes at length in Ärileht about the opportunities created by the state for businesses in financial difficulty: how to get out of insolvency and the options every entrepreneur should know about reorganisation for their own or a partner’s future.
“Today, there is no entrepreneur who is not looking towards autumn with great concern and uncertainty. Nobody knows for sure what will happen. Faith in forecasts is long gone: in such volatile circumstances they haven’t held true for a long time. The global crisis, skyrocketing inflation and declining consumption do not bode well: clear signs of an impending crisis. Solar power will somehow get us through the summer, but what about autumn?
