Keidi Kõiv conducts training on the due diligence of tenderers on the Public Procurement Information Day

On 31 March, a virtual Public Procurement Information Day takes place  with the purpose of analyzing today's bottlenecks, problematic cases in the field and the accompanying changes in the public procurement landscape together with contracting authorities and tenderers.

Keidi Kõiv, RASK's specialist in the field of public procurement, conducts a training on the duty of care of tenderers at the conference, giving an overview of the “tacit” obligations of tenderers to take into account when participating in the procurement procedure, preparing a tender and later performing the contract.

Keidi Kõiv is an expert with extensive experience in the field of public procurement and resolving litigation. Keidi has participated in the development of public procurement supervision work in the ARIB development support department. She has also practiced for a long time in the private sector, advising both public authorities and applicants as a lawyer in the strategic planning, procurement preparation, implementation and follow-up phases.
