In the event of an insured loss, the outcome of a dispute often depends on the steps taken immediately following the occurrence. We advise clients on properly documenting the circumstances of an insured event, submitting claims, communicating with insurers, and interpreting policy terms and conditions. This helps prevent mistakes that could later affect the client’s entitlement to insurance proceeds or the outcome of a dispute.
