Construction and Real Estate
Construction and real estate law is one of RASK’s core areas of expertise, covering representation across all stages of development and sectors. In addition to handling a wide range of transactions, our attorneys have represented clients in more than one hundred real estate and construction disputes.
Field information
RASK’s real estate law experts are actively involved in the drafting of design and construction contracts, ensuring contractual balance and the protection of clients’ interests. In addition to construction law matters, we advise on design processes, development structuring and preparations for the sale of real estate assets.
In real estate transactions, we conduct thorough legal due diligence and assess development risks, and analyse financing structures, including legal aspects related to landlord’s liens and mortgage enforcement.
We act as legal partners to major players in the construction sector, assisting with construction disputes, procurement matters, planning concerns and corporate governance-related questions, including employment relations and the engagement of foreign labour. We also represent clients in lease disputes and advise on all legal matters related to lease agreements.
