RASK consults retail property fund established by Lumi Capital, with Swedbank’s pension funds as anchor investor.

RASK is advising Lumi Retail Property Fund established by Lumi Capital OÜ, with a planned total investment volume of 100 million euros over the course of the next 20 years. The fund is mainly interested in neighbourhood shopping centres, with grocery stores as the anchor tenants.

For the past year, legal experts in construction and real estate at RASK have been advising Lumi Retail Property Fund regarding various investment transactions, including the acquisition of Maxima supermarket on Tiimanni St, Narva; Sütiste Maxima in Tallinn, and Kärberi Centre. RASK is also advising Lumi Capital on everyday business matters.

Lumi Retail Property Fund was established in 2017 as a fund specialising in investing only in neighbourhood Shopping Centres and grocery stores in the Baltic States. The planned total investment volume of the fund is 100 million euros, and the planned duration is 20 years.
