Marina is an expert on corporate, real estate and construction law with extensive experience. She specialises in conducting complex corporate transactions as well as consulting in the field of energy and renewable energy.

As part of our Infrastructure and Energy team, Marina focuses on renewable energy and over the years has advised on many wind and solar farm development projects, as well as on international purchase and sale transactions.

Marina also consults clients on mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal audits, arranging legal relationships between shareholders, and financing transactions.
