RASK advised Elle Capital on acquiring a share in a real estate company Foorum Keskus OÜ, which owns and manages the Foorum Centre, a modern commercial and shopping center located at the heart of Tallinn. With the investment, Elle Capital acquired 49% of the shares of the SPV from U.S. Invest.
