RASK consulted one of Estonia's largest commercial property management and maintenance companies, DT Grupp, through the process of being acquired by USS Haldus. RASK represented the sellers, including the major shareholder Capital Mill, both during the pre-contract negotiations and in concluding the contract of sales.
