On 23 March, Tarmo Peterson, RASK’s partner and Head of Insolvency, will conduct a seminar at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The seminar is targeted at business and financial managers and will give an overview of the changes to insolvency laws, which mainly affect companies through their cooperation partners and changes in the economic environment.

Tarmo Peterson is a co-founder and partner at Rask and one of the most sought-after experts in Estonia for solving legal disputes and insolvency issues. He was one of the architects behind the Reorganisation Act and Bankruptcy Act that came into effect in July 2022. The amendments fundamentally renewed the entire insolvency field, making it significantly easier for entrepreneurs to overcome difficulties.

Tarmo is a member of the Chamber of Enforcement Officers and Trustees in Bankruptcy, as well as INSOL Europe, the leading European organisation of professionals specialising in insolvency, and the Ethics and Methodology Committee of the Estonian Bar Association.

The seminar will take place on 23 March from 10 to 13 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
