Ramon Rask comments green energy projects on Estonian Public Broadcasting morning show
Ramon Rask, RASK´s partner and head of energy and infrastructure, gave an interview on October 7 on Estonian Public Broadcasting morning show “Terevisioon” and highlighted some reasons why so many major renewable energy projects in Estonia have failed or stalled over the past 15 years.
Wind parks, offshore, solar parks and hydroelectric power plants – the green energy transition might be a priority in words but looking at the judicial practice over the past 15 years, clear reasons emerge as to why various green energy developments have faltered.
The analysis on stalled renewable energy projects in Estonian juridical practice within the last 15 years was conducted by Villy Lopman, Ramon Rask, Sandra Kaas and Elvi Tuisk.
