Keidi Kõiv to head RASK public procurement practice
RASK is pleased to welcome
highly experienced public procurement expert Keidi Kõiv in
a new position as co-head of RASK’s public procurement practice.
“Keidi’s outstanding work at RASK is evidenced by satisfied customers, smoothly organised public procurement procedures as well as significant court cases won for our clients with Keidi’s participation,” says RASK partner Tarmo Peterson.
Keidi is a highly valued expert in the field of public procurement, with extensive experience in preparing and conducting public procurement procedures as well as resolving related court disputes. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Keidi also has a lengthy background in the public sector, having helped set up public procurement supervision in the development support department of the Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board.
Keidi has extensive experience as a consultant to both contracting authorities and tenderers, including as a private entrepreneur assisting state authorities and applicants on various public procurement topics and in drafting EU-funded projects.
Keidi is a valuable partner to our clients throughout the different stages of organising public procurements – during strategic planning, preparation, execution and follow-up. She is also a sought-after trainer, having delivered over fifty courses to various public organisations and private companies.
