Keidi Kõiv
Keidi is an expert in public procurement, labour law and the resolution of court disputes.
Keidi has extensive experience in the public sector. She has helped build the public procurement monitoring section of the Development Support Department of the Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board. She also has extensive experience as a consultant to both contracting authorities and tenderers, including as a private entrepreneur assisting state authorities and applicants on various public procurement topics and in drafting EU-funded projects. Keidi is a valuable partner throughout the different stages of organising a public procurement – during strategic planning, preparation, execution and follow-up. She is also a sought-after trainer, having delivered over fifty training courses to various public organisations and private companies.
Alongside public procurement, Keidi has a broad experience in dispute settlement, having represented numerous clients in different civil and administrative disputes both in and out of court.
