RASK helps students train for International Moot Court competition
RASK supports the students of the University of Tartu by helping them prepare for the International Moot Court competition. At the beginning of this week, on 16 and 17 April, RASK hosted teams from the International Criminal Court moot court and Telders international law moot court.
For two days, RASK trained the teams in criminal law, contract law and environmental law, and challenged the students’ ability to argue and present speeches.
RASK’s partner and attorney-at-law Ramon Rask and attorneys Andrei Svištš and Karl Erik Esko helped prepare the teams for the Moot Court Competition.
This year the International Criminal Court will host teams from 46 countries and Telder about 30 countries. In both competitions, first there are domestic contests to identify the strongest representatives, who then head to the finals in the Hague in May.
