Ramon Rask talks at largest regional real estate investment conference in Vilnius
On 16 May, RASK partner Ramon Rask gave a presentation at the largest real estate investment conference in the Baltics, discussing his experience in managing the Lutheri Masinasaal restoration project in Tallinn and lessons learned.
“The work of a lawyer is not just about knowing the law. Understanding the client’s business sector and having the sector-specific competences are also crucial for providing a top-quality consultancy service,” says Ramon to explain why, as a passionate restoration enthusiast, in 2015 he audaciously decided to take on the restoration of an important historical landmark, while continuing work at his legal practice. Today, Lutheri Masinasaal is one of the most award-winning refurbished landmarks in Tallinn and among the city’s most striking modern office buildings. As a result of the experience, Ramon has unique competence and insight for legal consulting in real estate.
Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum is an annual conference in Vilnius, which brings together more than two thousand real estate professionals and entrepreneurs across the Baltics every year.
