RASK’s Partner Tarmo Peterson Appointed as Temporary Bankruptcy Trustee for ERIAL

Tarmo Peterson, partner at RASK and sworn attorney, has been appointed by the Harju County Court as the temporary bankruptcy trustee for the credit union ERIAL.
The bankruptcy petition was filed in June 2025. As of now, the court has not declared bankruptcy; the temporary trustee’s task is to assess the credit union’s insolvency and determine whether its assets are sufficient to initiate bankruptcy proceedings.
