RASK advised Evecon on the launch of the Baltic Storage Platform

Case

Under the leadership of Karl-Kristjan Kahm, Co-Head of the Corporate Advisory practice, RASK advised energy company Evecon in the development of new energy storage platform, the Baltic Storage Platform, in cooperation with international energy storage developer Corsica Sole and Mirova’s energy transition funds. The project marks one of Estonia’s first large-scale battery parks, playing a key role in balancing renewable energy production and consumption, and enhancing grid flexibility across the Baltics.

RASK’s role included developing the project structure, shaping the partnership and investment framework, as well as mapping the regulatory landscape and preparing all required documentation. Our team supported Evecon in both strategic business advisory matters and financial modelling analysis to help create a sustainable and scalable energy storage platform.
