Maria-Helena Rahumets

Maria-Helena is an employment law expert with extensive experience in the field. Her in-depth knowledge stems from her many years at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, where she served as Head of Labour Relations Policy and was responsible for implementing legislative amendments in the field of employment law.
Maria-Helena has contributed to the drafting of several legislative proposals in the field of employment law and participated in negotiations on European Union legislation. She is also a co-author of the commentary on the Employment Contracts Act and has regularly delivered employment law training to other institutions and legal professionals. In addition to her expertise in employment law, she supports the firm's attorneys in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters.
Maria-Helena holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Tartu. Her academic research also focused on collective labour law.
