Kertu-Liis Rannik

Kertu-Liis Rannik is a lawyer at RASK, specialising mainly in civil and corporate law matters.

She holds a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Tartu School of Law and has furthered her studies internationally, spending a semester at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in Portugal and at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan, where she participated in the Asian Studies programme.

Alongside her studies, Kertu-Liis led the activities of the Estonian Law Students’ Union as both a management board member and chairperson, and she has also contributed as a supervisory board member of the Estonian National Youth Council.

Before joining RASK, she assisted with constitutional law teaching at the University of Tartu and she continues to support the development of legal education by coaching the Estonian teams for the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition. Her own participation in the Telders competition in the Netherlands, where she ranked 15th as an oralist among more than a hundred competitors, underlines her strong legal expertise, thoroughness and determination.
