Annabel is an attorney who specialises in criminal law and misdemeanour proceedings. She holds a master's degree in law from the University of Tartu.
During her studies, Annabel completed the Ministry of Justice's criminal law scholarship programme, deepening her knowledge of criminal law. As part of the programme, she undertook internships at the Northern District Prosecutor's Office, Harju County Court and RASK Attorneys-at-Law. She also gained practical experience through internships at the Ministry of Justice's Prisons Department and the Ministry of Social Affairs.
