RASK Partner Tarmo Peterson Appointed as Reorganisation Adviser to Evicon Ehitus

The Harju County Court has appointed RASK partner and attorney-at-law Tarmo Peterson as the reorganisation adviser to Evicon Ehitus OÜ. The purpose of the reorganisation proceedings is to help the company overcome financial difficulties, restore liquidity and improve profitability, thereby ensuring sustainable operations and avoiding bankruptcy, while at the same time protecting the interests of creditors.
Evicon Ehitus OÜ is an Estonian construction company specialising in the construction of office, residential, commercial, industrial and warehouse buildings, as well as gas stations. The company began operations in 2010 under the name Evicon OÜ and has operated as Evicon Ehitus OÜ since 2018.
