RASK consults smart building systems developer Bisly in raising 1.7 million euros.
Case
RASK consulted Bisly, a developer of smart building systems, in raising 1.7 million euros from Estonian, Finnish, Swiss and US investors. The investment will be used to assist Bisly expand into foreign markets. Several leading Estonian entrepreneurs from various fields have joined the ranks of Bisly investors – including Viljar Arakas, Timo Rein, Martin Henk, Martin Tajur, Peep Vain, Hannes Tamjärv, Sonny Aswan, Mart Saar, Silver Kuus and Priit Uustulnd.
During the investment round, Bisly was consulted by RASK’s co-head of financing Karl Erik Esko.
Bisly OÜ is a smart building technology solutions provider founded in Estonia in 2018. It offers both home and commercial applications to make saving energy easy. To date, more than 20,000 Bisly controllers have been installed, amounting to more than 500,000 smart automation events every day.
