RASK, together with Norwegian legal partners, advised the client in all parts of the transaction, including the development of the structure of the transaction, creation of transaction documentation and negotiations.

The acquisition is effective immediately and will be the responsibility of Ukjent Kunde, the Norwegian unit of Dive, which will eventually be rebranded as Dive SeeYou. Both companies ensure a smooth transition for customers and partners, where all existing contracts, projects and employees are integrated into the new structure.
